Administration & Operations
The Administration Office manages all the operations of the college. Administration office maintains IES as a large campus and constantly works on preserving and beautifying the premises. Administration Office supervises the various administrative sections of the college such as Student Admissions, Student Welfare, Institutional Services and Compliance, Public Relations Desk, Remittance Section, Transport Desk, Procurement & Store Section.

Institutional Services & Compliances (ISC)
The ISC is in charge of gathering, consolidating and dissemination of information about the day to day developments in the college. With proper documentation and collection of all data at the right time, it takes care of the compliance needs of the college with regulatory bodies and other institutions. The centre makes available authorized information and so, it can be called the knowledge hub of the college.

Students Welfare
SCHOLARSHIPS :- A Scholarship in the real sense of the word is financial aid given to a student because of academic merit with the purpose of encouraging such students in their academic pursuits. A number of scholarship schemes are available which is sponsored by the Government of India and the State Govt. of Kerala without losing sight of the main purpose i.e. giving financial aid on the basis of merit.
Recognizing the fact that educational avenues are many and varied, a number of scholarship schemes also cover such students who opt for full-time educational courses. The diversity that makes up the fabric of our nation cannot overlook the fact that there are sections of society that need extra-financial boosts in order to ensure a gradual but steady upliftment through education. In addition one minority status of a number of communities in the country are also given due consideration through different scholarship schemes sponsored by the Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India. The benign Government of India and the State Government of Kerala desire that students from all strata of society are given opportunities to empower themselves through education. This will lead to an enhancement of the chance of their being employable and ideally to realize a pan socioeconomic parity.

Students Welfare -BANK LOANS
BANK LOANS:- Bank Loan are intended to provide the much needed financial support to deserving students for pursuing higher professional or technical education. The education loan from banks is made available to those students who apply for career-oriented courses like engineering either at the graduate or post-graduate level.We provide all facilities for students and assist the students to get sanctioned their educational loan from desired banks.

Admission - Admin office
Admission Office is to facilitate admissions and communicate admission criteria with new students from a variety of venues. Admission office schedules the interviews. Parents / Guardians of senior secondary (Plus Two) students can contact admission office for information regarding the engineering courses (under graduate and post graduate) and its offerings. Admission office might create or lead recruitment initiatives and use independent judgment and analysis to evaluate student applicants. Admission office verifies the eligibility criteria stipulated by the Government of Kerala / University before admitting the students to their respective quota.

Public Relations Desk
The Public Relations Office is in charge of the communication needs of the college and about the various events that take place inside its campus. They are responsible for communicating to the students, parents and the public about all the information and addressing the enquiries of the college. Public Relations Desk is also engaged in hospitality relation needs of the college.
