Prof. Ilham Y.Al-Qaradawi , is among the top 28 most influential International Scientists ,with a Ph.D. in Positron Physics from Royal Holloway College, University of London, UK. 1991. She is a Fellow of The Institute of Physics (IOP), FInstP, UK Chartered Physicist, CPhys and also associated with the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), USA., American Nuclear Society (ANS), USA., European Physical Society (EPS)and many other organizations. She is also a Member of the CMS Experiment collaboration to the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) at the European Organisation for Nuclear Research (CERN) and is a consultant for the Qatar National Committee for emergency planning and prohibition of weapons of mass destruction.
Commodore S. Saseendran (Rtd) has 36 years of rich and varied experience in successfully delivering several large projects worth over Rs. 100 crores. At the helm of the Centre for Atomic Research(IGCAR) Kalpakkam, India, as Deputy Project Manager, he and his team created the Prototype Nuclear Submarine Test Centre. During his tenure as Head of Electrical, Electronics & Telecommunication Division of Eastern Naval Fleet, he was responsible for Installation and Commissioning of new Electrical, Electronics and Communication, on-board newly constructed Naval ships. As CEO at SineLab, he has been instrumental in developing the LED lighting system and executing upto 100KW Solar power management system for industrial and domestic requirements.
Dr K R Dayas, is an expert on " Self propagated High Temperature Synthesis of Electro-Ceramic Rare Earth Titanates ". He received the PSN National Award for 'Excellence In Science And Technology - 2011', for the R&D project funded by ISRO, wherein he developed cristobalite, which is an important chemical useful in Reusable Launch Vehicles for space missions. In another major project funded by DIT, Govt. of India, he synthesized Nano NTC material and developed Chip-In-Glass Fast Response Thermal Sensors. As a Scientist in Electronic Research and Development Centre, Trivandrum, he developed the technology for producing phase pure PMN-PT. Moreover, he holds 4 patents for inventions, including development of material composition and processing technology of 3977K NTC Chip thermistors for GE Thermometrics, India.
Dr. C. A. Babu is a Ph D holder, from National Institute of Technology (NIT), Calicut and further underwent special training programme on Technology Management at Delft University of Technology, Netherlands under the MHO programme of Govt. of Netherlands. He has published 30 research papers and is also a designated Reviewer of many international journals including " Energy- The internal Journal " (Elsevier) and "Electrical Power and Energy Systems- International Journal " - (Elsevier). He presently leads the Electrical Engineering Division, CUSAT and is also the faculty coordinator of M. Tech (Power Electronics). He is a Member of the Board of Governors of Energy Management Centre, Govt. of Kerala. As Chairman of the High Power Technical Expert Committee, he was successful in resolving the deadlock between Smart-City, Kochi and KSEB regarding the setting up of 220 KV transmission line.
