The IRO office is in charge of the institutional relations, operations and the day to day developments of all the institutions operating. It is in fact the Executive operating heads of the Education City executing and implementing all the strategy, policies and directions laid down by the IES Board of Directors in the IES Education City.

The Finance department is located in the Management Building of our Education City. The name being self explanatory is lead by the Group Finance Controller. GFP team deals with all the financial aspects and the financial management needs of the IES Education City.

The Campus Facility & Operation department is also located in the Management Building only emphasizing its importance. It deals with all the operation needs including purchase, transport, estate management, documentation control, housekeeping and all other related services that need to be done on behalf of the college on various occasions. Whether it be high profile events, college Fests or Clubs and Chapters, the purchase office helps in providing everything to ensure the events are a success.

The Estates Office manages all the issues concerning the properties of the Education City. Right from lush gardens to the concrete wonders, they manage the arrangement, preparation of venues and allocating them for various events along with management of all the furniture needed. They also maintain IES’s large campus and constantly work on preserving and beautifying the premises. All campus construction and maintenance projects are undertaken and managed by the Engineering & Maintenance department.
