Laboratory of Civil Engineering

 

The Department has full fledged laboratories that meet all the academic requirements specified by AICTE and the University of Calicut.

       * Fluid Mechanics Laboratory

       * Survey Laboratory

       * Computer Aided Design Lab

       * Civil Engineering Workshop

       * Transportation Lab

 

All the labs are fully equipped and the equipments include highly sophisticated Triaxial Testing Apparatus. The Fluid Mechanics lab is equipped with various flow measuring devices, different types of turbines, flume etc.The Computer Aided Lab is an exclusive computer laboratory for the department installed with all advanced softwares like AUTOCAD, STAD etc. And a civil engineering workshop is also provided ,where the students familiarises with basic building components and construction techniques like masonry, carpentry, etc.
