The Department of Science & Humanities at IES College of Engineering focuses on providing foundational education and holistic development to first-year engineering students. The Department fosters a strong foundation in basic sciences and humanities, enhancing academic skills and nurturing personalities. The key responsibilities include first-year student management, academic enhancement, holistic development, and bridging the school-college gap. The Department conducts induction and orientation programs to familiarize students with college life, facilities, and academic expectations using innovative teaching methods with a student-centric approach. The goal is to empower students with the skills and knowledge necessary for successful careers and lifelong learning.
