Fee Refund


FEES REFUND POLICY 2025 – 26

In pursuance of UGC Guidelines - D.O. No. F.2-71t2022 (CPP-Il) (C-114546, dtd : 12.06.2024) and the APH of AICTE, the procedure and process of the Fees Refund Policy of IES College of Engineering as follows :

Procedure:

  1. The application for the cancellation of admission and request for the refund needs to be submitted, duly signed by the student and the parent.
  2. The process of refund will initiate only after the submission of the application and the return of all the receipts towards the payment of the fee.
  3. The refund will not be made as cash. The refund will be affected only by Cheque / RTGS / NEFT
  4. The time taken to process and effect the transfer of the refund will be 10 days.

The college reserves the right to make changes in the Fees Refund Policy as per the orders / notifications received from the concerned statutory / regulatory authorities from time to time, and the changes will be updated on the college website.
