The Students’ Grievance and Redressal Committee of IES College of Engineering is functioning to provide students with a safe, transparent, and supportive platform to express their academic, administrative, or personal concerns. Any student of IES College of Engineering with a genuine grievance may approach the Grievance Redressal Cell. A committee constituted with the Principal, as chairman and a senior faculty member as convenor, along with HODs of all departments, acts as a governing body. Regular updates of students’ grievances are done through meetings, which are conducted at least once per semester. The committee ensures that every grievance is heard with fairness, confidentiality, and respect, and appropriate actions are taken within a reasonable time frame. It works to maintain a healthy learning environment by promoting student welfare, resolving issues through proper discussion and guidance, and strengthening trust between students and the institution. The committee also encourages students to communicate problems freely and assures them of justice and timely redressal, contributing to a positive and student-friendly campus atmosphere.

To monitor the house keeping work of the institute.
To manage the health care of students.
Frequency of meeting
The committee has decided to conduct meeting twice in a year.
